We are currently facing challenges in recruiting qualified foremen.
We are specifically seeking candidates who are independent, knowledgeable, and possess strong team leadership skills. The ideal hire would be someone capable of effectively managing and keeping both laborers and skilled laborers productive, while simultaneously maintaining overall project organization.
This includes managing tasks such as inventorying materials stockpiles, documenting change orders, and accurately tracking time for extra work. It is also a mandatory requirement that the applicant is highly familiar with reading and interpreting architectural and structural engineering plans.
